A quick update. My itinerary has changed a bit as I have been scheduled for a couple of days in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, for orientation and preparation prior to going to Mukinge. This means that I will leave on the 24th instead of the 27th.
God is faithful. Both Jennifer and I have had a feeling of being overwhelmed with so much going on, but yesterday God provided an energy and mental boost to get us back on track. We would ask for your prayers for calmness and clarity as we continue on with our preparations.
If you are interested, we are being officially commissioned at 10:30am on August 18th at Hope Community Christian Church.
